What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our print-on-demand and dropship products, replacements or refunds are provided only if the product is defective or materially different from the description on its respective site.
You must submit a claim within 14 days of the delivery date.
Shipping and handling fee are not refundable. Refund will be processed only for the unit price that applies for refund.
If there's an issue with your product, please submit a claim through our online form. You'll need your order number and the email address you used to place the order. We will use this information to look into a replacement or refund and prevent future errors. If your order qualifies for a replacement or refund, we will determine which of these is more appropriate on a case-by-case basis.
Returns are not accepted. If you send us your order, it will no longer be eligible for a replacement or refund. The item(s) will be forfeited, and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
How long does a replacement, refund, or return take to process?
We review claims within 72 business hours.
If your order qualifies for a replacement, you will receive a new order confirmation email with which you can track the progress of your replacement. Replacement orders generally take 5-10 business days for processing.
If your order qualifies for a refund, your refund will be processed immediately. Your refund may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your method of payment.
How long will it take to ship my order?
All our items are made-to-order. Processing time differs from product to product. Popular orders may take 3 – 5 business days based on each type of products.

Some suppliers are fast with order processing and will ship within a day, whereas others take longer. Shipping times vary based on inventory and the supplier.
Tracking Your Order
When your order shipped, you should have received a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number in it.
