1. How long would it take for my order to be shipped?

It takes 3 – 5 business days to process the products. Customers, please give us several days depends on the product type that you ordered. Ninety-five percent of our orders are fulfilled within 5 business days for all products.

2. What carriers my order will be shipped with?

We ship our domestic orders with USPS, UPS, DHL depend on recipient address to improve delivery speed and cost-effectiveness.

It could take 5 – 15 business days for delivery within the U.S.

It takes 8 - 20 business days for delivery with international orders.

3. Can I track my order?

Yes! We will send you a tracking number via email. In some cases, it can take up to 5 days.

If you didn’t receive an email, please contact us, so we can provide you with the information, before making a Chargeback, in some cases, Emails don’t get send automatically.

4. Where is my order?

To check on the status of an order please use the tracking number that we send to your email.

If you have ordered several items, they are often shipped out in separate packages so you may receive them on different days. You will receive an email with a tracking number for each package sent.

5. When will my order ship out?

Orders usually ship 3-5 days from the date the production process started. Actual shipping times and delivery dates may vary depending on local postal service in your area.

6. How long does it take for my order to arrive? Can it be expedited?

7. Do you ship to APO/FPO/DPO Addresses?

Yes, we can send shipments to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses. Once the package enters the military mail system, tracking ceases to update for military security reasons.

8. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Shipping is available worldwide through a variety of different carriers.

9. My tracking number isn’t working.

Tracking numbers can take up to 3 days to appear in the shipping carrier’s system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can experience delays updating their site or delivering an order. 10. I haven’t received a shipment notification.

If you did not receive a shipping confirmation email, the email may have been directed to your spam folder. If it is not there, please reach out at as we may have the incorrect email on file. 11. How do you handle Customs/Duty Charges?

Customs and duty charges may be applicable depending on the country of origin, size, weight and/or value of your order.

All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

12. My package is marked delivered, but I never received it.

If your package is marked delivered, but you never received it, follow these steps:

  1. Check around your home/apartment in case the postal carrier placed the package in an odd spot.
  2. Ask your neighbors as they may have received your package instead.
    Reach out to your local post office for information regarding the package.

13. I ordered 2+ items, but only received one… where my order?

We have a large assortment of products not stocked in the house when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once…they are on the way. If you believe error contact us

14. What is your refund policy?

Please check the refunds policy. We want to provide a risk-free shopping experience and trust our customers to not take advantage of us on this offer.

15. Shipping to multiple locations

Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.

16. Address changes

Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to change the shipping address once an order goes into processing.

17. Customs charges and delays

Some countries may require import tax, duties and customs fees for the imports. These charges, if applicable, are determined and charged by the Customs office of your country. Paying these charges is your responsibility. There might also be delays in delivery times due to customs checks which are out of our control.
